Simply Starting Out Your Week:

Gratitude is a powerful life force and can significantly alter who you are

Sunday Consideration

Research indicates that expressing gratitude can help rewire your brain, bringing many positive benefits.

Do you take time to think about and express gratitude, even for the little things in life?

Dedicate this week to thinking about and expressing gratitude each day. Every day this week, take note of 3 things you are grateful for. Write them down in a journal, Tweet or post them on Facebook or tell someone about them.

  • A favor someone did you
  • The driver who let you into the turn lane
  • That great cup of hot coffee
  • The way the sun feels on your face

Then do it again next week. And the next. And the next. How does it feel?

“Let us be grateful to the people who make us happy; they are the charming gardeners who make our souls blossom.”
― Marcel Proust
