Dedicate this week to thinking about and expressing gratitude each day. Every day this week, take note of 3 things you are grateful for. Write them down in a journal, Tweet or post them on Facebook or tell someone about them.
- A favor someone did you
- The driver who let you into the turn lane
- That great cup of hot coffee
- The way the sun feels on your face
Then do it again next week. And the next. And the next. How does it feel?
